SV	Maar David nam het getal van die niet op, die twintig jaren oud en daar beneden waren; omdat de HEERE gezegd had, dat Hij Israel vermenigvuldigen zou als de sterren des hemels.
WLC	וְלֹא־נָשָׂ֤א דָוִיד֙ מִסְפָּרָ֔ם לְמִבֶּ֛ן עֶשְׂרִ֥ים שָׁנָ֖ה וּלְמָ֑טָּה כִּ֚י אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה לְהַרְבֹּ֥ות אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל כְּכֹוכְבֵ֥י הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃
Trans.	wəlō’-nāśā’ ḏāwîḏ misəpārām ləmiben ‘eśərîm šānâ ûləmāṭṭâ kî ’āmar yəhwâ ləharəbwōṯ ’eṯ-yiśərā’ēl kəḵwōḵəḇê haššāmāyim:

AC	כג ולא נשא דויד מספרם למבן עשרים שנה ולמטה כי אמר יהוה להרבות את ישראל ככוכבי השמים
ASV	But David took not the number of them from twenty years old and under, because Jehovah had said he would increase Israel like to the stars of heaven.
BE	But David did not take the number of those who were under twenty years old, for the Lord had said that he would make Israel like the stars of heaven in number.
Darby	And David took not their number from twenty years old and under; for Jehovah had said he would increase Israel as the stars of heaven.
ELB05	Und David nahm ihre Zahl von zwanzig Jahren an und darunter nicht auf; denn Jehova hatte gesagt, daß er Israel mehren würde wie die Sterne des Himmels.
LSG	David ne fit point le dénombrement de ceux d'Israël qui étaient âgés de vingt ans et au-dessous, car l'Eternel avait promis de multiplier Israël comme les étoiles du ciel.
Sch	Aber David nahm die Zahl derer, die unter zwanzig Jahren waren, nicht auf; denn der HERR hatte verheißen, Israel zu mehren wie die Sterne des Himmels.
